Every Musae piece is handcrafted in blown glass and 950 sterling silver. Because each piece is shaped by hand, small variations in color, shape, or texture between units of the same design are normal and part of what makes the piece one-of-a-kind — they are not considered defects.

• Photos are for reference only; the actual color may vary slightly depending on lighting.
• Stock availability updates in real time; an item may sell out during checkout.
• Custom or limited-edition pieces may have different lead times than stated on the product page.

All published prices are in Colombian pesos (COP) and include applicable taxes under current law, unless stated otherwise.

• Prices may change without notice; the valid price is the one shown at checkout.
• Discounts and promo codes only apply under each campaign's specific conditions.
• Any pricing typo will be corrected and communicated before payment is processed.

Musae Jewelry is not liable for delays or failures attributable to third parties (carriers, the payment gateway, internet providers) or for misuse of purchased products. Musae's liability is limited to the value of the purchase made.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute arising from their interpretation or performance will be resolved before the competent courts of Bogotá D.C., without prejudice to consumer-protection remedies available through the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC).
