Our pieces are made to order and production time varies between 5 and 10 business days depending on the design. Once ready, we ship it and send you the tracking number so you can follow your order in real time

Yes, all our pieces carry a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If your jewel presents any issue related to the artisan process, we repair or replace it at no additional cost. The warranty does not cover damage from poor care, chemical exposure, or wear caused by improper use of the silver

Yes, we offer repair service for minor accidental damage — such as loose settings, damaged clasps, or small impacts — at no labor cost. The customer only covers the round-trip shipping cost. For more significant damage, we assess the case and provide a quote before proceeding.
