02Can I get an exact replica of a piece I saw on your Instagram?
Not an exact replica — blown glass cannot be reproduced identically. What we can do is work toward a piece that shares the same character, color family, and general form as a piece you liked. The final result will be related but genuinely distinct. This is not a limitation we work around; it is what makes the piece yours.
03How long does a custom commission take?
Typically 2–4 weeks from commission confirmation (and deposit) to delivery. Complex pieces or high-demand periods may require more time — we will be upfront about this during the initial conversation. We share photos of the finished piece before shipping.
04Can I commission a custom piece as a gift?
Yes — custom commissions make excellent gifts precisely because the piece is made specifically for the recipient. If you have a timeline constraint (a birthday, an anniversary), tell us at the outset so we can confirm whether it is achievable. We can also arrange special packaging and include a handwritten note.
05What if I do not like the finished piece?
We share photos of the finished piece before shipping, specifically to avoid this situation. If the piece is significantly different from what was agreed, we will discuss options — which may include reworking it or, in rare cases, a partial credit toward a future commission. We want you to be genuinely happy with the result.
06Can I commission jewelry outside Colombia?
