Inspired by The Kiss by Gustav Klimt, this ring explores the moment when two forms begin to lose their boundaries through proximity. Within Deriva, movement appears not as direction, but as attraction: organic curves that lean toward one another, creating a composition shaped by balance, tension, and softness. Its enveloping silhouette is formed through smooth glass volumes that seem to respond to each other naturally. The piece holds a sculptural presence while remaining visually light, allowing the curves to flow continuously around the hand without feeling rigid or imposed. Negative space becomes part of the composition, giving the structure room to breathe and making the sense of closeness feel subtle rather than literal. Rather than representing a fixed image, the ring captures a suspended moment—when two separate forms have not fully merged, yet have already begun to transform one another.
